    We are pleased to invite you to participate in the upcoming (hybrid) 12th IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Data Acquisition and Advanced Computing Systems: Technology and Applications (IDAACS 2023), a prestigious event to be held on September 7-9, 2023 in Dortmund, Germany. This is a great opportunity for students to showcase their research, exchange ideas, learn from industry experts, and gain valuable experience by presenting their work at an internationally recognized conference.

    To participate in the conference, students are invited to submit a paper on any of the topics listed on the conference website [1]. The topics cover a wide range of areas, including but not limited to robotics project management, signal processing, augmented and virtual reality, and machine learning.

    Additionally, if we receive enough submissions, we will organize a special student conference at IDAACS 2023 for undergraduate and graduate students. This event will provide a platform to network, collaborate, and interact with fellow students and researchers in their respective fields.

    Please note that if the paper is of high quality in accordance with IEEE requirements, it will be accepted for the main event and will be published in IEEE Xplore with recognition in Web of Science, Scopus, etc. In this case, the author will need to pay an organizational fee.

    However, if an author is willing to participate in the Student conference, their paper will be published only in the special conference proceedings (with ISBN number) and participation will be free of charge.

    Important dates for submission:

    • Submission of extended abstracts: April 16, 2023.
    • Notification of acceptance of extended abstracts: May 15, 2023.
    • Ready for publication: June 15, 2023.
