Oleg Kobylin

Education and Career

• 1995 - graduated from the Kharkov State Technical University of Radio Electronics, Faculty of Computing Technology specialty Computer Intelligence systems and networks, system engineer.

• 2004 - Assistant (concurrently), Informatics Department of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics.

• 2007 - Ph.D., specialty 01.05.02 – Mathematical modeling and computational methods.

• 2008 - Associate Professor, Informatics Department of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics.

• 2012 - received the academic title of Associate Professor of Informatics Department.

Educational activity

Teaches Courses:

• Programming Technology,
• Information Networks,
• Computer Network Security,
• Information and Data Storage Management,
• Certified Instructor – Cisco Networking Academy,
• Coordinator of the academic partnership between Dell EMC company, member of the jury of all-Ukrainian student Olympiads from 2013.

Social activities

Member of the Academic Council of the University.

Research activities

As part of the state budget R & D was involved in research projects: “Models and methods of granulation and interpretation of multidimensional data”,”Models and methods of analysis and interpretation of dynamic processes”.

Research interests: image processing and recognition, content-based data analysis.

International activity / participation in international projects

• I took part in a number of international conferences in Spain and Poland.
