Final Conference of the Erasmus+ ARISA Project

Oleksandra Vitko, Associate Professor of the AI Department, took part in the final conference of the ARISA project – АІ Skills Alliance. Ukraine is represented in this purely European consortium by the AI Department of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (NURE).

The event was organised by the project coordinator, DigitalEurope, in Brussels at the end of March 2026. The aim of the conference was to discuss the latest strategies for training specialists in AI field and to disseminate the project’s results among stakeholders.

To this end, representatives of major networked business associations, recruitment companies, and the relevant Directorates-General of the European Commission for education and technology participated in the conference (Directorate-General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology (DG Connect) and the Directorate-General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture (DG EAC)).

Dr. Oleksandra delivered a presentation on the importance of NURE’s participation in the European AI skills ecosystem, as well as the impact of the project’s results at both institutional and national levels. In particular, she highlighted the piloting of the bachelor-level micro-qualification program “Machine Learning Engineer,” implemented by the AI Department.
