Micro-credential Programmes “АІ Skills Alliance – ARISA”

The project  “Artificial Intelligence Skills Alliance – ARISA“, No. 101056236, is funded by the Erasmus+ programme under the action “Alliances for Innovation”(2024 – 2026).

Coordinator of the international consortium – DIGITALEUROPE (Brussels, Belgium), the leading trade association representing digitally transforming industries in Europe. NURE is the only representative of Ukraine in the international European consortium.

The project aims to deliver AI knowledge and skills across Europe and Ukraine, empowering individuals to understand, design, and utilise human-centred, trustworthy AI-based solutions. The project develops 2 tracks of AI programmes: for professionals in AI and for the upskilling and reskilling of employees, job seekers, business leaders, and policymakers into AI-related professions, thereby opening Europe to new business opportunities.

Totally, the ARISA project developed and launched 15 new micro-credential programmes for reskilling and upskilling in the AI field for AI professionals and AI managers.

During the spring semester of 2025, the AI Department is piloting the programme Machine Learning Engineering for AI Professionals (EQF Level 6 – Bachelor’s level). As part of the pilot, the courses Machine Learning, MLOps, and AI Ethics are being delivered to students in the Bachelor’s programme in Artificial Intelligence, using materials developed by the ARISA consortium.

The work on implementing industry-oriented microcredit programs for AI professionals within the framework of the Knowledge Alliance is a direct contribution to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals: SDG 9, which focuses on building resilient infrastructure, promoting sustainable industrialization, and fostering innovation, as well as SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth).
